Infant: 6 weeks to 6 months

A Warm & Welcoming Environment

Our intentional approach to early childhood development and learning extends all the way to how our Infant Room is designed.  We fill each day with ample opportunity to develop fine and gross motor skills through multi-sensory activities chosen for your child as part of his or her individual lesson plans.  When your baby has had adequate stimulation, we provide a calm and quiet place for rest.

We adhere to your infant's feeding schedule and support breastfeeding moms.  Most of our locations offer a private lactation room for your convenience.  We welcome you to visit anytime!

Nurturing Caregivers

Your baby will enjoy being cuddled, rocked, sung to, and talked to in our Infant Room.  While all caregivers will be involved with your baby, for optimum development, your baby will have a primary caregiver who will learn what makes them happy, excited, and comforted.  With this knowledge and your valuable input, your child’s caregiver develops a personalized routine that provides a strong sense of security.  Our caregivers have early childhood qualifications, complete annual on-going training to keep them informed of current best practices, and are passionate about providing your baby the best care possible.

Sensory Exploration

We encourage your baby to learn by using all of their senses.  Educational activities, featuring an assortment of sound and texture toys and materials, are provided for their overall well-being and growth and foster development in key areas.
