Family Involvement Activities

At AppleTree Christian Learning Centers, we value family.  We recognize that the younger years of a child's life are the years when bonds are created and lasting relationships are formed.  For this reason, we provide many opportunities for our families to have fun with their children.  We aim to celebrate all parent-child relationships by providing occasions that honor all of the various family relations.  All of the events below are held after 4:00 pm (with the exception of Muffins with Mom, Donuts with Dad, and Grahams with Grandparents).  Of course, all events are optional.  We hold the following events each year as a way to celebrate family and family-school connections.

February - Father-Daughter Dance

March - Mother-Daughter Tea

April - Family Spring Carnival

May - Morning with Mom & Parent-Teacher Conferences

June - Daybreak with Dad

July - Mother-Son Picnic

August - Father-Son Fun Night

September - Grahams with Grandparents

October - Fall Harvest Family Festival

November - Thanksgiving Family Feast & Parent-Teacher Conferences

December - Family Christmas Party

  1. “Recently (my son) attended his Kindergarten Open House and received the list of “things your children should be able to do prior to entering kindergarten.” I was shocked at how far advanced the curriculum at AppleTree has prepared him!”
    – Emma Powell, AppleTree Parent

  2. “AppleTree has not only provided an age-appropriate education with ample opportunity for challenge, but also a safe, caring, and compassionate community for which our daughter feels strongly a part of”
    – Jennifer Cole, AppleTree Parent
